I rebalance only channels with fees lower than 140 msats. If the liquidity is only on my side and you have setup fees higher than 140 msats for our channel then i will not rebalance this channel but i lower the fees myself so you can rebalance this channel if you want

Please take in mind, if you setup very high fees then don't expect very high routing volume between our nodes. Most routing for rebalancing nodes takes place between 0 and 300 msats
