After the swap is complete and all channels are opened, everyone should set the fees to 0 to allow free/cheap re-balancing.
We will agree to one person to do the rebalance, click the "Volunteer to Rebalance" button.
Once we are rebalanced you can put the fees back to a reasonable amount between >0 and <150.
