Probably 2M sat channels, requirements for minimum capacity/number of channels uncertain so far. Keep eyes peeled if you want to join in! Usually swaps close within a few hours, unless they are very big. 2M should be no problem at all.
Reasonable to ask for at least 2M capacity and 2 channels, but you can go higher if you need to. Everybody is growing so eventually most nodes will become good routing nodes.
