Unable to complete a swap

Hi all, so now I am unable to complete my channel opening in swap (3617) since the node I am supposed to open the channel to has already opened a channel to me in a previous swap. What to do now?

The peer is using c-lightning which according to this doesn't support multiple channels between peers https://github.com/ElementsProject/lightning/issues/2001
Can that peer back-out now from the swap and avail it to someone else given they didn't yet open their channel?
