Swap 6061 - channel is not opened
Hello,
in the swap https://lightningnetwork.plus/swaps/6061 user 0247e163b9809f585a79 haven't opened channel. I have asked him in comments, but he is not responding, I have no way of contacting him.
Is there any feature allowing to kick him out and make the swap the square shape or ask other user to join in?
