Is there an API available/planned? creation but also monitoring obligations etc.

So I opened a few swaps. But how would I monitor if my peers hold their obligation?
If I could query supposed channels/peers for a node, I could script that. ln+ would know at what time obligations expire etc.

Hi, how is the API coming ? I would like to query for swaps open for application to easier search for the ones that most interest me.
