Failure at Rebalancing
After Rebelancing Command the Failure Output says "[lncli] rpc error: code = Unknown desc = no matching outgoing channel available for node 3 (024473972a4da7a10f5b674801c0147d25af66acfd69b88a8d1597b76a20228325)

All 5 Nodes connected. Whats the failure please?

It's possible that one of the channels already routed sats so there is no capacity on it in the direction you require. Just guessing.

yeah or they have got weird max HTLC settings.
You can ask one of the others to do it, or check if anyone has had any routing since the swap completed.
