Please remove me (Node C) from swap 16563

We have a Clearnet Node in here that I am unable to connect to and I would like to free the other two up to find another node

You certainly CAN to any clearnet node with an Umbrel. What you can’t do easily is to provide a clearnet address yourself, but you can peer and connect to other clearnet nodes.
