Offline node removal from swap 16550

Hi,

we have a liq. swap in "opening channels" phase, but one of the nodes (029506aafd62226f6af7572dc3f177c9a25bf5b011fd1c60d43803e09e408109c3) has no functional clearnet or tor addresses, and no ability to connect to other nodes via tor, making both my channel to theirs and theirs to the next node impossible.
They stopped responding a short while after the channel opening started, can we please get them removed and allow for another node to join this swap?
