Volunteered to Rebalance a Liquidity Swap but the provided LNCLI command is throwing errors!
[lncli] rpc error: code = Unknown desc = no matching outgoing channel available for node 1 (Redacted Key)
[lncli] queryroutes output is empty
Not sure if the "Redacted Key" should be posted here but 1ml shows that this is the node C I am connected to in a A->B->C->A configuration.

Sorry. It’s difficult to find the problem this way. Are all the channels open? Maybe some channel’s already routed sats?

When I tried to Rebalance all the channels were online(open). The channel I am routing through has routed sats in the last 7 days. Here is a screenshot of my LNDG Dashboard for the channel that is the outgoing channel.

Well, if a channel already routed you can't rebalance, but the good news is that it's happening organically apparently.
