Balanced Triangles (BOS)

Hello. Please add a new type of triangle where all three channels are opened balanced in a single transaction. This is easy to do with "bos open-group-channel".

Cool. Will do. But do all 3 people have to be online roughly at the same time? I have to try this to understand how it works!

One node generates the code and waits until the other two accept it. We can coordinate here to open a triangle on testnet.
