Swap 18401 (Pentagon) - Node A has not opened a channel after 48 hours.

As per title, Node A has not opened a channel after 48 hours in Swap 18401. All the other nodes have opened channels accordingly. What can be done in situations like this? Basically Node A (0377ed19ece4b1e2869a) needs to open a channel to me to complete the swap.

I will take their place if they don't open within 24h.

I don't think you need to wait 24h. Just look at their profile and you will notice that they have reported opening channels in multiple swaps but they only have 3 channels. That user should be just banned.
