Suggest await completed status until all participant channel opening's are actually detected.

There are quite some swaps where one of the participants fails to ultimately open the channel and the circle is not closed.
Now as soon as all participants indicated they opened the channel the swap appears as completed.

I think better reflection of the completed status is to either wait for all the channels to be detected, or have the recipient of the connection confirm the channel opening for the onces where it is not yet detected.

At the same time would also be good to easier spot users that don't open channels as committed so we can better judge who to trust in a rather anonymous environment
