When you close a channel you get the amount of sats that was on your side of the channel at the time of closing. If you never routed, you get the same amount of sats that you opened with. But if you routed your sats may be on your other channels, so you may get less on closing this channel compared to what you opened with. This is by design of the Lightning Network, and it is not LN+ specific. Overall, your sats on your node should add up to pre-channel opening, unless of course you received funds or paid an invoice. Hope this makes sense. If not, please ask!
