swap 18923 Node C has not opened a channel after 48 hours.

As per title, Node C has not opened a channel after 48 hours in Swap 18923. All the other nodes have opened channels accordingly. What can be done in situations like this? Basically Node C (03eaf4f94ad680855a7818c2f156ae4a86482dea2f396320c336989ce5f49da880) needs to open a channel to me to complete the swap.

Unfortunately I have no way of reaching C. I could kick them off to create a triangle, but B already opened to C. Let's wait another day, and see what we can do! Don't worry, we will resolve the incoming channel to you one way or another.

Node c has not been online up to now.I think we need to add security mechanisms, such as requiring a deposit for nodes with insufficient levels to participate in exchanges. If they fail to fulfill their obligations, part of the deposit will be deducted.

I like this idea a lot. We definitely could do this. And the suffering party (in this case you) would get the funds.

Looks like in this case the channel has been finally opened, but the idea is still very good. I will work on it.
