The Node C claims that it's Unable to open the channel with my node, he reported the error as follows:  torsocks nc 47vgr4limvus7wzx4frqx5pjxmjsm6zywztw72z2vptmhpwebsplcdyd.onion 9735 1721768280 ERROR torsocks[165818]: Host unreachable (in socks5_recv_connect_reply() at socks5.c:539).
