After Opening a channel, A small amount of Sats are MIA

1. Open a channel
2. Pay onchain fee
3. channel gets open
4. Channel balance is 330 sats less than the specified channel size (I am including the Total Commit - Local & Remote balance)

The chain transactions in thunderhub dont show them being spent for anything
I cant figure out where they went.
Is it some kind of channel fee, or a hold?

Any insights would be appreciated!
