Pool Tranaction closure

Could you delete the Pool Transaction 3637? My peer has force closed me (our channel) and says, he couldn't keep his node running.

Technically, this pool transaction is completed. Not fully, but a few days are in. We don't need to delete it unless there is a good reason. Let me know!
