Swap ID 7275: Cannot rebalance
We have built channels between us, and confirmed that the channels are funded.
What is left now is to rebalance those channel so that there can be a flow in future.
I tried to rebalance the channel several times using RTL, Thunderhub, Lightning shell, but always failed with the message "Unknow error" or "no route".
Can you identify what is wrong there?

It's impossible to know from the outside since only you know the channel balances. It's most likely that one of the channels already routed some funds and thus it can't do half the capacity you're trying to rebalance. Try rebalancing a tiny amount like 1000 SAT and see if that works.
