How do I encourage more tx's with a channel seeing no action?

I have a steady 3mil triangle channel with a really strong node who has a ton of channels himself.
I have not seen any transactions between our two nodes since opening channels a few months ago. 
The channel is completely one sided with my max send at 3,000,000 and max receive at 0.
I cannot rebalance our channels either as there is "No Route" each time I've tried.
My fees are typically set to 0/100, I set his recently to 0/50 to see if this helps.
Any ideas on how to encourage more action?
