Cannot complete a swap
A person started a Pentagon swap, ( https://lightningnetwork.plus/swaps/7928 ) everybody opened and he suddenly said he doesn't have enough funds to complete.
The other person now needs to close and open to new channel, that is going to take at least 1 day if he doesn't have enough to open and cost 300 sats. Should he be compensated for that?
Is there a way to for you to make sure everyone applying to a swap has the available funds to complete?
Is there a way to leave ratings as well as a short comment?

No, we have no way of verifying how much money people have. You can leave a rating yes, but no comment yet. Not a bad idea I guess. I will ask in the swap if you guys want me to re-arrange the swap into a square.
