Node C has closed all its channels. Would it be possible for someone to take his place?

Sorry, I realized the swap is already half way through the 12 months. If I reopen now, it will be confusing how long C needs to keep their channel open. And going forward, if we were to track node performance over time, it will be confusing for me too.
