How channel close and force close fee determined?
When opening a channel I set the fee to 1sat/vbyte. When closing the channel Umbrel does not ask for the fee that I want to set. Why not? Is the fee pre-determined?
What if the mempool becomes very busy and you need to close the channel, but the fee is automatically 1sat/vbyte?
Is the force-close fee higher, and by how much?

On RTL and Thunderhub you can set a custom fee for a co-operative close.
Currently with LN you can't set a custom fee for forced closes, although that is supposed to be coming eventually.
