FEATURE REQUEST: Prefacing a swap number with the '#' symbol creates a hyperlink to the swap
Similar to Github maybe? Also, perhaps include "swap xxxxx" as auto hyperlinkable, which seems to be a majority of the ways people type them in too.

"Swap 12801 needs to be highlighted/closed (take your pick)" could then show up with a link for "12801" to the URL "https://lightningnetwork.plus/swaps/12801". Or even #12801 would translate to that same hyperlink. Hell even maybe just the number 12801 would show as that hyperlink? All three variations?
