Can I mark a swap a failure due to technical error by some of the other users?
I'm currently part of a swap where one of the nodes/users do not have a public IP or Tor address. They only have 0.0.0.0. If the node does not answer me I can potentially be marked as not having opened a channel and thus untrustworthy. I want to somehow indicate that the swap failed due some sort of technical error on the node I'm trying to connect too.
Also... Could you add a test that verifies that the node actually have public IP or Tor address? I.e. prevent people with 0.0.0.0 and localhost etc from joining swaps?

We don't have a failure status (maybe worth considering). But, don't worry! I will review the actual situation and you won't be penalized. Email me with some info when applicable.
