Is it necessary to balance between nodes in triangle?
Do I need to initially balance the channels between the participants of the "Triangle" swap after all channels was established?
Also should we keep zero fees between members of our triangle?

The simple answer is no. You don't need to rebalance a triangle. The LN path finding protocol will always find a way through 3 points in either direction.
You can rebalance if you believe it's helpful for routing, but there is no consensus in the community whether it's helpful or not.

You can set your fees to whatever you see fit. I try to run on zero fees at almost all times, because I want to support profit oriented nodes rebalancing, except for testing periods when I want to learn about tactics to increase routing earnings.
