IMPORTANT

This agreement has a special policy for all participants. Please also see my bio. If you already have a channel with me (that isn''t under such a policy already), that's OK. That channel will be replaced by one under this policy.

Requirements: Outgoing ppm will be 200 or less. The base fee will be 1 sat or less. (With the exception that if flow is so great at 200PPM, that a higher fee is needed but only so high as to cause the channel liquidity to last 14 days).

If the liquidity on your side of the channel drops to below 1Msat, each participant agrees to close their channel and re-open it (with the liquidity on their side), as often as necessary. (Re-balancing under these circumstances will not be necessary; in fact, since we know the channel emptied in one direction, the network will need further liquidity in the same direction, and we may presume it will therefore flow naturally.

This protocol is designed to ensure the Lightning network remains liquid, and pricing stresses in the network are relieved.

This is the second swap I am organising with a similar policy. The current swap is working well.
