Here's my wishlist:
- contact me (prefer telegram: @GordianKnot), to coordinate a moment when we are both online, dualfunded will easily fail in my experience if started at more than a few hours apart, also verify source utxo is big enough on your node to leave change for anchor reserve (100k)
- check our nodes on lnnodeinsight.com on both directions (you + me, and me + you), to verify that we don't have many overlapping peers (<5) and centrality scores increase is fair (aim for a combined sum of at least 200 points, I favour betweenness)
- 1sat/vB for life!
- have reasonable fees, or better yet use some automation like LNDg :)
- not useful to set high duration requirements, if channel doesn't work why keep it, right? If channel works well, then we'll both be interested in keeping it alive
