My mempool stopped updating at block 939683; Umbrel login was showing the 'create' or 'restore' page rather than the 'login' page. Checking my drive, the LND file is gone while my chain data is still intact. I'm currently working on reinstalling the apps and channels. Some family obligations are also competing for the same time so progress has not been great. I appreciate your patience.
Shortly before block 924484, hybrid-mode was enabled on this node allowing DarthPikachu to now open channels over Clearnet. Plebs running the Uncle Ric, Voltorb, and Rock_Salt nodes helped me get there - thank you!
Starting with block height 921799, I have enabled Auto Fees (AF) and Auto Rebalancing (AR) through LNDg. I have historically managed fees myself and have not rebalanced channels. I am heeding the advice of smarter node runners by enabling these features to "support the network".
Default oBase is 0; Default oRate is 1000 ppm. AF will adjust accordingly. Cheers!
Hi! In a few hours, I'll be updating my hardware and attempting to migrate the channels over. The node will show inactive during this time. If I show active again, then all was a success! If our channels close, then I did something wrong, and I'll have to figure out what to do next.
