Balancing Problems

I am getting the following error

Not sure if this is due to PPM setup from @SideshowSB  which is set to 500

I am getting a similar error when I run the command they provided. [lncli] rpc error: code = Unknown desc = no matching outgoing channel available for node 1 (02a260971294e455cfc91c56538e9af603acb226d59aa4db833cf7fb2d478a4e5e)

[lncli] queryroutes output is empty

I am not sure if the cli command that is written is accurate.
