One missing connection and no replies. Please remove me?

Hello. Swap 13032 only had 2 of the 3 create channels. When trying to communicate, no one ever replied. If you could remove me from that swap and/or delete it entirely, I think that'd be best. I'd just prefer to not be penalized for bailing out. Thanks.
