Problems with peer VAGAMUNDO

Hi, I'received some weird opinions about VAGAMUNDO. He opens and closes channels everywhere, now Im suppose to rebalance the channels on https://lightningnetwork.plus/swaps/14914 but he's cutting all. Some advice?

Looking into VAGAMUNDO's 1ML I can see that there are no channels and every channel opened has been closed within days of opening. The node only has a 1,000,000 SAT capacity. Perhaps this node is no longer available.

Also, checking the AMBOS looks like the node is MIA, no channels and no capacity. Not to mention the "F YOU ALL" left on the page https://amboss.space/node/02bdce166e8ff0abccbce9df5f65b5951b1053a9dd8db5be78791f588da384871d

Agreement ID: 14776
He closed the 70k within a few days. I tried to ask him/her why, but received no reply.
On Amboss I saw his 45+ channels drop to 3 on Feb. 11th.
