Node A has been MIA since the beginning.  Node B and I have been chatting.  Node B opened a channel to me like he was supposed to.  But I cannot connect to node A.  He only has a pubkey, and nowhere are there any TOR/Clearnet addresses.  And he has not opened to Node B.

Can we open Node A's slot up for someone else to join?
