Gentlemen, feel free to remove my application. I was trying to open a channel to 03021d61c68b8355b466 but somehow he doesn't accept my request, so let's just forget it. T's and C's are clear on this platform and I was and still am within them. Hence I gladly reject my application, don't need any smartasses on my node.

Hi FtC, I know you were still within the time limit but given that  your node can't be connected to by me, appears to be offline (70% of channels inactive) & you were not responding I assumed you were having issues. My gut says there is a network / firewall issue affecting your node, hope your able to figure out whatevers wrong & get back online.
