Issues with swap 16677

I'm in a triangle swap where node C seem to have some problem. We're a couple of days out and it does not seem like there's any progress.

I have already opened a channel to B, but B tried and failed, probably because C is having issues.
What is the best way to move forward with this?
Is it for example possible to remove C and reset it to get a new participant?
