Filter joinable swaps better

If I click "Open for Application Swaps" I get lots of swaps that I'm already a part of, and also swaps where there are already nodes in I have a channel with. would be awesome to filter those out. I see that the 2nd condition does not apply to everyone, but it does to me (c-lightning) and it's generally a good idea to make more diverse channels anyway.
