When do I open my channel?

Hello, super new to this. I want to know when to open my channel. I opened the swap offer. I am A, so should I open it when B gets in or when all 3 people in the triangle are in?

Only when your are instructed to open, as you suggested when all 3 people are in. Your status will change to red (hot pink) to indicate you're good to go.
