Unconfirmed sats

Looks like it already has been RBF'd

RBF'd with lower amount of sats! Is this possible? 
The original transaction has 0.03086250btc, and the replacement has 0.00002286btc.
What happening!

I will wait but something has to do with closing channels here. All this came up after one forceclose channel i believe.
