Add sats to liquidity swap

I joined a liquidity swap as B (18721) when entering 1m sats I was getting an error so changed the amount until I was able to continue but now it seems the channel can not open properly as there is insufficient sats. Is there a way I can add to it to make it the correct amount?

You can't change the capacity of an already opened channel unfortunately. (Not yet anyway). You can add more satoshis to your node to your on chain wallet so you have 1M plus some change (100K) for channel opening and closing costs.
