Swap 18852 Node B didn’t open channel

My first liquidity swap. I joined in as Node C and opened a channel to Node A. Node A opened a channel to node B. Node B reported opening channel to me but I still don’t see it and it is not “pending” in my thunderhub.

I asked in comments what's happening. Please comment here if you don't get the channel within 2-3 days.

Also, the channel I opened to Node A has been offline for quite some time now. Sad to see my first swap completely fail like this. Oh well, glad it was small.
