Inactive Channel

Hello I have a payment channel to another node that was running smoothly about 5 days ago the channel is now inactive and cannot connect.  The state is Active but disconnected.  When I try to reconnect it this is the error 500 - {"error":{"type":"lightning","name":"lightningerror","message":"all Addresses Failed: xx.xxx.xx.xx 1:22838: Connection Establishment: No Route To Host. Error Connecting To.     I have 48,700 SATS in this channel will I lose my Sats or will this channel eventually close?  The channels is 124 days old.
