Swap 7131 was not completed by Koipond. How do we resolve this? thank you!

Try to reach the person using the comments first, that person should get an email notification, maybe something happened to the node.
You can reach to https://twitter.com/BTC_LN in twitter and see if he can do something about it.
After all previous attempts, When a swap is not completed is better to close the channels and create a new swap.

still no luck. Unless you have other advice, I think I need to close the channel. Let me know if you disagree
