Migrating credits - new node is ready

I've set up a node recently, bought credits and membership... but am now thinking I would be better off if my node was LND rather than CLN.

If I convert my server to use LND, it's presumably going to be seen as a totally different node.

Is there a way to migrate the membership and credits if I do this?
