LN+ watchtower connection fails repeatedly

Getting the following error every minute in trying to connect to the LN+ watchtower

unable to dial tower at 0301135932e89600b3582513c648d46213dc425c7666e3380faa7dbb51f7e6a3d6@44.237.235.163:9911: dial proxy failed: socks connect tcp 127.0.0.1:9050->44.237.235.163:9911: unknown error general SOCKS server failure

It doesn’t seem sustainable to run a server with so many connections. Working on something new.
