Is there anyway to get out of a liquidity swap contract?

i am keeping channels open to some very unreliable nodes that are clearly not being managed well and spend more time down than up, and i would like to close these channels, but im locked into liquidity swap agreements with them. this is not good for the network. is there any way to end these agreements early?

Yes. Please post a comment in the swap and get approval from your peer to go ahead and close the channel.

i have done everything i can. no replies. all channels to this node (02098bc87bceb821309d79348b1f19b309ba5dd78ccd8692823998d50c28739215) are closed except mine. i have decided to close the channel with the assumption that my ratings should not be affected considering the circumstances.
