peer connection?

recently i had to restart and restore my Lightning Node and My entire umbrel from my 24 words. After I restored, all my channels were closed. however in Lightning network + it tells me that a few of my old channel partners are still my peers, when I try to re-open a channel with a peer, it tells me that already have a channel open with this peer. i know Idon't. why am I getting this message?

If that's not the problem, can you give an example or a screenshoot?

Exactly..the only channels I have open are Blitz/forge, cobra, megalith , and no name.. the other ones you see. Darth Pikachu and electric pineapple..those channels closed...like I said. I only have 4 active channels.

Your node is still broadcasting them I'm afraid. Maybe restart?

I just did a new IBD and restored from seed..belive me ..it restarted many times. .lol

3. Contact LN+ support (or use their Telegram chat) if ghost connections persist — they can clear stale metadata.

🛠 Summary:

LN+ is showing connections based on planned or historical activity, not just active LND channel data. You only really have 4 open channels; the other 2 are likely ghost peers from past activity.

Theoretically we are only displaying channels that are reported in the gossip network. So do other explorers. I could manually delete channels if you wish, but that won't solve the bigger problem that the network still has ghost channels.
