Proposal: Rebalance as a Swap Option

first of all, thanks for the great site!

In opening many channels of different swaps, I have come to notice that most people prefer to rebalance.  On the flip side, some people do not want to rebalance.  Fair enough, everyone has their own strategy.

In a couple of instances, I have seen the "does everyone want to rebalance?" process drag on for days.  Obviously, the larger the shape, the greater chance that this drags on.

Thus, a small proposal, as a user story:  "As a user setting up a new LightningNetwork+ Shape, I would like express a Rebalance Expectation  (or not) when I set up a new Swap".
