Node in triangle swap opened with lower amount than agreed.

Hi! This swap agreement (23000) is kinda fishy or someone doesn't know what he's doing. Node opened to my node with less than agreed. I'm not willing to go forward with this agreement. Can you take me out of this?

Let's wait a day to see if they fix the amount. If not, please give a bad rating before we close the swap.

Well, the other node operator didn't reply to any of my messages (and yours) and hasn't been online for days. He can't be trusted really and obviously doesn't care.
I knidly ask you to close the swap. Thank you!
