non-TOR node difficulty connecting with TOR nodes

It seems like nodes that are implemented with TOR are unable to add my non-TOR node as a peer or open a channel to me. I thought that nodes using TOR onion routing would be able to connect with TOR and non-TOR nodes so I am a bit confused as to why they are not able to add me as a peer via my public key. Is there a way around this?

There is no IP associated with your node. Are you sure it is being broadcast correctly? You may be broadcasting a NAT ip

What setup are you using? You probably get a faster response if you ask in the plebnet group on telegram

Using c-lightning. Sure I will look into making a telegram account.
