Initiator of swap #23333 never opened a channel

On swap #23333, the initiator of the triangle swap, Pegasus (@rcatswiss), never opened a channel to B.  I contacted him about this and he replied: “Sorry, this was the system, not me! Please contact support for this mistake!” I asked him to clarify, but I haven’t received any further response.  B has now also closed his channel to C (me).  What is the best way to proceed? Should I close my channel to A and have the entire swap removed? Or should position A be reopened for a new entrant, after which I ask B to re-open the channel to me?

Sorry about this situation. Thanks for giving the downvotes. I banned the offending node. I can remove the swap if you wish. It's up to you if you want to close the already opened channel. No pressure from LN+ either way.
